Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of DFT architecture
• Develop new ATE test hardware and software that is cost-effective for high-volume, optimized production use.
• Drive new innovative analog test standards, processes, and methodologies to enable best-in-class test solutions in terms of cost-effectiveness and quality
• Work with internal cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment. Project management, time management, multi-tasking, problem solving and communication are important skills in this role.
• Validate manufacturing robustness through correlated performance and sameness verification techniques and follow through with release of solutions in manufacturing sites.
• Analyze test data to thoroughly understand /resolve problems and present analysis and conclusions to others in an effective manner.
• Develop Test Corrective action for customer returns
Must have
• BS / MS / Engineer in Electrical Engineering, or related field, with strong test and analog and digital circuit debug experience
• Design in Lab-View -MUST
• Must be highly organized, effective communicator with a strong ability to multi-task complex projects and/or technical tasks as needed.
• Willing to travel to China /Africa
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Test view and SQL– Advantage
