- Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience as an integrator/ support engineer- Must
- Linux expert – system administration & operational skills. Proven experience in areas of installation, upgrade, management, monitoring, tuning, packing and distributing - Must
- Solid Knowledge in databases (SQL and administration) preferably Oracle and Sybase
- Coding capabilities in C, C++, Java or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot , assess and evaluate relevant information in regards to root cause analysis, and resolve problems under pressure
- Identify and drive improvements proactively while changing priorities
- Self-driven and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and perform on-calls on customer premise
- Excellent interpersonal skills implemented to create high-quality interaction with customers and team members
- High security clearance (including polygraph) – an advantage
