Requirements:
• Management experience of development teams (4+ years)
• Vast experience managing R&D teams in a Java/Spring & Angular environments
• Highly experienced in executing sprints, settings R&D processes, and methodologies
• Deep knowledge in microservices environments and cloud platforms
• Experience with SaaS products, continuous delivery, and customer-experience design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with customer orientation.
• Fluent English, verbal and written.
• Education in Computer Science
• Experienced in building Saas/PaaS platform - a big advantage
• Experienced in leading development of enterprise software - a big advantage
