Global Operations Financial Analyst


What will you Do? 

-     Inventory Management

-     Materials price trend analysis

-     Results analysis of Operation costs

-     Define and maintain Operations BI reports

- Build mechanism and provide analysis for Logistics Inventory daily movements

- Responsibility over financial inventory and logistic Inventory quality analysis

- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting financial / logistics E&O globally

- Enhance E&O automated report in PBI

- Coordination and Consolidation of the Inventory budget and rolling forecast globally

- Develop and enhance the DIO report in PBI

- Definition and implementation of Inventory Forecast process into the new planning system

- Analysis of Material price trend globally and identify R&O

- Responsible to maintain RM sorting groups globally and accurate BI reports

- Responsibility for month end close checks and results analysis for Operation costs

- Ongoing monitoring of manufacturing costs, identifying, communicating, and analyzing risks and opportunities of local and global trends that might impact company's costs

- Identify and support users’ needs related to Operational reports and coordinate deployment to production together with BI team

-Partner closely with global functions, plant controllers, Ops managers, IT and FP&A teams



Knowledge / Skills

-Experienced FP&A analyst, strong affinity to details and data analysis

- Professional excel user (must be proven) and VERY high orientation for BI system

- Understand operations principles and business needs to translate both ways

- Fluent written and spoken English
