Management Assistant


What will you be doing:
Ongoing work with the executive staff in a pressure environment
Managing the management’s calendars
Coordination of business trips and agendas
Managing external visits and guests to the company
Front desk tasks and administrative services
Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
Assist the administration team with team tasks
Previous experience in a similar position in high tech companies – an advantage. High-level English, reading, writing and speaking Excellent Office skills Ability to work independently, responsibly, out of the box thinking and multi-tasking Academic Education – advantageFull-time job with availability for additional hours
