• At least 1 year of experience as a NOC Manager with proven experience leading processes and people.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a NOC Engineer.
• Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skillset. Ability to assess and prioritize incidents quickly while under pressure.
• Experience in developing, documenting, and training on procedures.
• Experience managing shift changes and turnovers.
• Solid network understanding and familiarity with networking tools and technologies.
• At least 2 years experience with networking technologies in a service provider environment.
• Protocols/Standards experience: LAN/WAN, UDP/TCP/IP, BGP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VRRP, IPSEC.
• OS/Products experience: Linux, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
• Possess working knowledge and solid understanding of computer networking, TCP/IP and the OSI Model.
