We are hiring a Product Delivery Manager, he or she will manage the security certification lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordination, monitoring, prioritization and management of product security releases and external tests.
This position requires matrix interaction with multiple inner and outer organization interfaces – Sustaining Engineering, Development, Product Management, QA, Project Management, Technical Support and Configuration Management
What will you do?
Successfully lead and manage the Security tests program/project with the goal of meeting projects’ timeline and Quality standards
Manage communication and collaboration with internal and external teams and parties
Effectively communicate project status, deadlines, deliverables to both internal and external parties
Professional Skills
3-5 years management experience as a Development/QA Team Leader and R&D Project Manager.
Experience in software development, release management and program/project methodologies, tools and templates (including release program/project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
Proven experience in networking and security.
Experience in Software Development and/or QA
Experience in a matrix management environment
Experience in security related projects – Big advantage
Experience with Scrum
