Project Manager
· End-to-end management of a machine and materials project from feasibility to release
· Project management including: technology development, material validation, process development and qualification, HW and SW adaptation, machine configuration, testing planning and release activities
· Involvement in technological issues and problem solving
· Involvement in HW/SW issues and decision making
· Management of project resources including: researchers, testing, machines, HW and SW resources and lab equipment
· Full coordination with other projects
· Management of all R&D interfaces: chemistry, process, post-process, system, ME, EE, SW and more
· Management of non-R&D interfaces: marketing, applications, operations, [customer service
· Management of updates and specification control
Experience
· At least 5 years of experience in technology project management involving HW/SW
· Previous experience in inkjet and/or 3D printing – preferred
· Proven experience with multidisciplinary systems
· Proven planning and execution experience (fluent with project planning and management tools)
· Proven experience and excellence in matrix project management
Qualifications & Skills
· B.Sc. in engineering
· Degree in Chemistry or Physics – advantage
· Deep technological understanding and ability to solve complex technological problems
· Excellent analytical skills
· Self-motivated, creative and innovative
· Hands-on and self-learner
· Excellent communication skills
· Team-oriented and comfortable working within and across different groups/disciplines
· Fluent English
