Responsibilities
• Provide tangible feedback and feasible solutions to customers based on their requirements.
• Provide timely technical Support worldwide for entire company's product line, including hardware and software applications.
• Travel to customer and/or channel partner sites to provide technical support, to lead training and product presentations.
• Design and perform trials and demos at potential customer sites.
• Analyze customer needs and support history in order to provide suggest quality enhancements for product and services.

Necessary Qualifications
• 2 years’ experience as an FAE in service and customer oriented environment worldwide for a wireless company.
• Able to effectively communicate in a multicultural work and customer environment.
• Experience in hands-on equipment field installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of local networking.
• Excellent communication and customer interface skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad (50%).

Preferred Experience
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or other IT-related field.
• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of Wireless Network, mobile phone or wireless modem technologies, remote control drones or robotics.
• Previous background with Zendesk or equivalent CRM.
• Technical pre-sale experience in system companies
• Other languages
