
Job Description:
For a medical device trauma care manufacturer requires an experienced salesperson for Europe.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
• Learn the European's market’s needs and opportunities for Trauma\ Pre-hospital devices and sketch a plan for penetration
• Execution and promotion of the business plan
• Find and engage with new leads in order to create new sales opportunities and identify new customers within the territory. Ensure that all leads in territory gets followed up, qualified and closed in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain current distributors and find new distributers within Europe to each product of the company’s portfolio.
• Ensure that each sales opportunity is handled properly by the relevant distributer
• Proactively create new business opportunities in the territory
• Manage, directly and on a daily basis, all sales channels within the territory for the whole range of products (Reps, distributers…)
• Provide constant support and training to distributors and end customers
• Coordinates activities between customers and company HQ, for example – push Operations to ship & deliver on time to customers
• Operate all relevant contacts for Pre and Post Sales
• Provide timely and accurate feedback from customers / distributers to company HQ & Management, identify problems and communicate to HQ
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports to International Sales Manager on a weekly basis
• Guarantee customer satisfaction
• Identify relevant tradeshows, conferences and other relevant marketing events, and represent company including demonstrations and presentations
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience and background in the Medical Devices and\or trauma\pre hospital and\or emergency industry. For example: from hospital, local ambulance system, medical device company or distributor.
• Proven successful sales experience. In Europe – preferred.
• Executor and target oriented ability to manage independently multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree – preferred.
• Ability to network at all levels in the organization.
• English level as a mother tongue
• Heavy traveling, mainly in Europe (average of travels - 50% of the time)
• EU Passport- preferred
