R&D test engineer job description and requirements :
• Leading products testing and validation per customers specifications, defining TRR documents.
• Experience in building test setup and defining test automation. Hands on running the products tests,
identifying issues and report the issues to design team.
• Experience in preparing test report for customers, and for qualification and reliability documents.
• Define Pass/Fail criteria for pre and post Qual testing.
• Work closely with SW/HW engineers for SW/HW features testing.
• Perform SW regression testing and record bugs in SW bug tracker.
• Experience in defining functional testing for customer samples before shipments to customer.
• At list 6 years relevant experience.
• Team player and highly motivated.
• Experience from optical communication companies is a bonus.
