We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Sales Team. You will provide leadership and direction, develop and implement a strategic sales plan based on corporate goals that promote sales growth and customer satisfaction:
Align organizational objectives with sales strategy through active participation in corporate planning, forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting
Provide leadership and mentoring to the Sales Team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional behaviour and high performance
Work to establish and meet targets for profitable sales volume and budgets, including development of short and long-range goals and objectives
Research and develop strategies and plans which identify market opportunities
Work in conjunction with Design and Project Management Teams to identify opportunities for improvement
Spearhead development of marketing and sales presentations, materials and social media platforms
You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or sales management, with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution. A sound knowledge of contracts, negotiation skills and change management processes is a plus. Experience with SaaS industries is a must.
